Levine, Ph.D. and LL.B., is the author of two books on the legal foundations of government ethics and on ombudsman legislation in Canada; he served as General Counsel in the Office of the Ombudsman of British Columbia. He was joined by lawyer and former military officer Louis Haeck, who was the ombudsman for Katimavik and now works as Ombudsman, Compliance Officer and senior ethics advisor for VIA Rail.
