The Strategic Public Manager – Toronto

Strategic managers are required to adapt their teams and organizations to the changing needs of government in challenging times. The Schulich Executive Education Centre at York University is offering an innovative five-day certificate program in Toronto called ‘The Strategic Public Manager’. The first was in early March, the next is in November.

The program examines seven leadership competencies that add strategic advantage to public institutions. The role of ethical leaders is featured in modules on employee engagement and leadership legacy. They explore ways to communicate your leadership ethically and with accountability as a model for others.
